I bought what was supposed to be a customized hat for me they didn’t customize the hat, gave me some hat that they already had. When I brought it to his there attention for an exchange not a refund they say customize hats cannot be refunded or exchange however, my hat was not customized customize means made for that person.They are not trustworthyIf you spending $250 on a custom hat you should not get played withDon’t buy nothing from themCulture vultures

Tips and bottom in Lansing, Illinois is the only place to shop!! If you like urban wear and come to Chicago your gonna have a really hard time finding a fit… Go see our favorite guy Debo he’ll assist you with the latest style out! He helped my boyfriend find everything from top to bottom and for him being a bigger guy they had big sizes! The shirt, the hat , the jeans the shoes he loved his fit!! Thank you guys for welcoming us and the store is so clean and organized don’t be fooled by the other locations these guys have the inventory and personality to get you right!!

This review is for the business overall, not just this specific location. I placed an order online on 9/4/2024, received the tracking number on 9/10/2024, and my shipment arrived on 9/11/2024. Initially, I was hesitant to order because I wasn’t familiar with the company, but I took a chance since the shoes I wanted were sold out in my size everywhere else. Although the tracking information took longer than expected, and the business didn’t provide any advance notice of the delay, I’m happy to report that the company is legitimate and not a scam as I had feared. Buyers should be aware that tracking info may take longer to arrive than expected. That said, the shoes were exactly as advertised and arrived in perfect condition. I'm glad I was able to find my size here, and overall, I’m happy with my purchase and the business. Thank you!

Drew is always so nice and patient helping my daughter pick out different shoes. He always carries everything to the counter for us and Malek makes sure we are taken care of. My daughter loves coming here, she never wants to go shopping anywhere else!
